A qualified SUP Yoga (stand up paddle board) teacher from SUPFit, I enjoy combing my loves of fitness, yoga and water sports to undertake SUP Fitness and SUP Yoga classes.
This is a good launching point for kayaks or canoes. It is a pleasant paddle down to Cardigan but check that it is high tide when you arrive as getting out in the estuary mud can be a problem.
Rafting is one of the few team-based outdoor sports so it’s a popular choice for group activities and events. You don’t need to be strong or experienced, you just need to hold on!
