The Teifi River Gorge

This is a good launching point for kayaks or canoes.  It is a pleasant paddle down to Cardigan but check that it is high tide when you arrive as getting out in the estuary mud can be a problem.

The Dolbadau car park is free and has pick nick tables and toilets.

There are nice views up and down the River Teifi and walks along the Teifi River gorge.

Cilgerran village, pubs, tea shop, church and castle are just a short walk away.

The building in the car park is called The Coracle Centre.  It has a series of plaques displaying the natural and social history of the area.
