The Mill is a luxury holiday cottage providing self catering accommodation in West Wales. Converted from a barn in 2009, this luxury holiday cottage sleeps 6 in 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs and one down. It has 2 bathrooms one downstairs with a bath with shower over and a luxury shower room up stairs. The spacious lounge diner & kitchen has french doors to the garden, and a wood burner.
Traditional features of this holiday cottage include exposed beams, stone, & pine floors which have been enhanced with the modern luxury conveniences of under floor & central heating, double glazing and a fully equipped kitchen.

Off road walks from your doorstep, a public footpath runs through Stallion valley and connects to a scenic rural footpath network. The friendly local pub is 5 minute's walk.
Llandysul, 2 miles, our nearest town has shops, cafes, take away food & a garage. The Teifi River, also in Llandysul, has riverside walks, a park, excellent fly fishing and canoeing.
Cardigan Bay, New Quay, Aberaeron, beaches and the coastal footpath are only 25 minutes drive. Inland, The Cambrian Mountains and The Brechfa forest (mountain biking) are about the same distance.

The traditional nature of the farmyard self catering accommodation presents access difficulties. We are however sympathetic to the needs of the less able and are happy to discuss access requirements.
The Mill is set in a gravel surfaced farmyard with adjacent access for parking. It is accessed through a front door with 1 low wide step and a low door threshold (each less than 5cm).
The holiday cottage ground floor is stone and level throughout. It comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen diner with plenty of floor space.
There are 2 toilets in the 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor the other on the first floor which is accessed by a flight of 13 steps. Both have toilet and wash basin. The ground floor has a shower over the bath. The first floor a walk in shower.
The holiday cottage sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed and has an adjacent door to the larger bathroom. The two other bedrooms are on the first floor. They both are spacious and have sloping ceilings. Each has 2 single beds that can be linked to provide large double beds.
The first floor has pine floors with moveable rugs.
The holiday cottage has an enclosed garden with patio with table and chairs. Access to the garden is via French doors, There are 2 steps down, there is a slope up to a lawned area with views over the adjacent fields. The grounds, 3.5 acres, are of varied terrain and are steep in places with mature trees and ponds.
