 Mwnt Beach is owned by the National Trust, the headland overlooks a remote sandy beach. 

There is a steep footpath down via the toilets to the beach. 

There are cliff top walks, wonderful views and a 15th century church. 

The whitewashed Church of the Holy Cross dates from about 1400 and stands in splendid isolation. 

A beautiful place, good for fishing from the rocks and for spotting dolphins. There are toilets and a pay & display car park

Follow the signs from Cardigan towards Gwbert but turn off right for Mwnt.
