New explore West Wales pages

We have been away, from home & the holiday cottages, looking after our daughter Jane who is recovering from an operation.  Friends Richard & Sue, who are house hunting in the area, are house & holiday cottage sitting.

"Recuperaing daughter” sitting has given me plenty of time with the laptop, to catch up on entries for The Stallion Valley explore West Wales  pages.

About a month ago we walked with our dogs from the West Wales Wildlife Centre  along the River Teifi gorge to Cilgerran in northern Pembrokeshire.  A really nice 4 mile dog friendly circular walk, click  for details and photos.

Whilst in Cilgerran we had refreshments and took photos of the village, click for details.

A great way to explore the gorge is by canoe, bring you own or hire from Heritage Canoes.
