River Teifi walk Llandysul 0.5 miles each way
This is a really easy walk alongside the white water section of the River Teifi in Llandysul.
Combine your walk with a trip to the Nisa supermarket for your newspaper or bottle of milk.
Park either in the Nisa car park or across the road near the fire station.
The walk starts on the downstream side of Llandysul bridge alongside the river. Often there are kayakers on the river practising on the slalom gates.
The walk can be muddy at times and borders the fast flowing river so you may want to keep your dog on a lead if they are not river savvy. There are a couple of "pooh bins” along the path so take your "pooh bags" and pick up.
The path follows the river closely and there is a section that is concreted into the river bank and goes through a metal gate. There is also a stile to climb but this is towards the end of the path.
The path peters out just before the river flows under the Llandysul bye pass bridge where you will need to turn around and retrace your steps.
