Cei Bach to New Quay: 1 mile each way

Park in the free car park in Llanina Woods. From the car park cross the road turn right and left through the church road entrance and then right through the gate onto a footpath through the woods along the stream to the beach.

At the end of the path, climb the steps. At the top at low tide you can see sandy beach stretching all the way to New Quay.

Along the way New Quay there is a small waterfall. At the end of the beach is the lifeboat station and New Quay’s south beach. There are plenty of choices for refreshments in New Quay but take care to return before the tide comes in!
