Approaching Cenarth from the north turn left just before the bridge onto the B4332 and on about 50 yards along to your right is free parking and a picnic site on the banks of the River Teifi.

Cenarth is a beautiful stopping place with cafes Pubs and scenic walks and waterfalls.

Llawddog's Spring is near the car park and according to Enchanted Towy :-

"Ffynnon Llawddog, St Llawddog's Spring, Cenarth was regarded as a holy well. Situated on the bank of the Teifi in Cenarth, the cover is modern. St Llawddog ( St Ludoc) lived in the 7th century. A son of the King of Usk he was, according to tradition, responsible for many miracles. He is chiefly associated with North Wales where he was Abbot of Bardsey. There are a number of churches dedicated to him in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire including Cenarth and Cilgerran.”
