Llandeilo situated at the crossing of the River Towy on a 19th-century stone bridge.

Its population is just under 2,000.

Llandeilo is a great place for pleasure shopping, a colourful, picturesque town with numerous small independent shops. A great place for gift shopping we often go here Xmas shopping. There are fashionable clothing, designer labels, high quality home wares, bespoke furniture, gift shops, local crafts, an auction house, toy shop and lots of antiques.

There is great selection of places to eat, from a quick snack to à la Carte meals. 

For dog owners there is a dog boutique and grooming shop!
