Sunny Easter weekend at holiday cottages in West Wales

 

It has been a lovely weekend here in West Wales.  In fact it has not rained here for over 10 days.  Is this another record in this time of record breaking weather?  Our holiday cottage guests are delighted that we have seen none of the snow other parts of Britain have experienced.

 

So we decided that it was time to assemble Julie's birthday present a garden swing seat. We started in the afternoon and survived the lack of intructions and of a vital nut and bolt.  We even laughed when our friendly dog ran off with the hammer.

 

2 hours later the swing seat was built and we sat on it to enjoy a well earned cup of tea.  We were relieved that it did not collapse and soaked up the last of the afternoon sunshine.

 

I am confident that this is just the start, Stallion Valley holiday cottages are ready for a warm dry and sunny summer for us all here in West Wales!
