Wild fruit on holiday cottage local dog friendly walk

Our Friday afternoon walk was through the woods with the dogs.  Earlier in the year bluebells bloomed, yesterday there was a delicious crop of bilberries (wild blue berries).  The dogs had a fantastic romp through the woods chasing squirrels and rabbits.  

On the way back, we gathered some tasty wild strawberries from the hedgerow along our farm track.  Living the good life….give it a try.
