We hope you had a lovely time touring Ireland and had a well-earned rest.

We had a great time again (4^th visit) at Stallion Valley and we thought the Byre was lovely. Nancy (see photo & her dog holiday adventure 2015 ) enjoyed chasing the squirrels and she also enjoyed her sightings of Misty (our white cat) too!! She hadn't seen her before but we saw her a few times with a mouse in her mouth! It wasn't quite the same without Hamish and Charlie (our dogs) running about though. I fed Red and Margh (our pet goat & sheep) an apple a day and a few carrots too. I'm sure they were looking for you every time we drove in the car, Red would stare up at the road.

We had some lovely days too and had trips to Poppit Sands, Brechfa Forest and we walked the coastal path from New Quay and back along Cai Bach beach which was lovely. Nancy knew where she was as soon as we arrived. She was so excited.

We would very much like to book the Byre next year for the week.

One last thing. Jayne (our house sitter) was very accommodating and checked in on us regularly in your absence. Thanks.
