Wonderful sunny Monday

I think we have all had a bit of rain recently….even Wales! So when the sun was shining on Monday we headed for the beach.

Most of our local beaches are dog friendly at least in part all year but Penbryn National Trust beach is only dog friendly in the winter.  So that’s was where we decided to head for.

We had a great walk down from the car park through the woods above the clattering stream and were greeted by a deserted beach, miles of sand, stunning scenery and crashing waves.

Our only company was a lone seal watching us from just beyond the breaking waves and choughs up on the cliffs, no dolphins today but there’s always next time!
