West Wales outdoor activities: SUP

Had a great day a week or so ago at the Cardigan Bay Active (CBA) open day.

It was hosted at Pizza Tipi great pizza for lunch!

After lunch I was taught to SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) courtesy of CBA. On & in! The River Teifi by Cardigan Bridge, right outside CBA HQ.
It was great, easy and surprisingly really relaxing.  My teacher Leanne (AKA surfing Bird) also teaches SUP Yoga and I can see that they would make a great combination.
