Spring at its best West Wales

A wonderful sunny day here a Stallion Valley holiday cottages today.

Flowers coming to life, leaf buds starting to open and birds making nests.

We have resident greater spotted woodpeckers on site. The photo is of one on a cottage bird feeder last year.

Today we spotted one nest building in the woods above the pond.  We did not get a photo but watch this space.
