Bird watching whilst dog walking today.

Today it was a wild blustery day today in West Wales but dry and quite warm!

So it was great to take our dogs out from the holiday cottages across the empty farm fields for a good off lead run.

It was really good and certainly blew any cobwebs away from last night’s walk to our local pub.

We were not the only ones to enjoy it. 

Today we counted 8 red kites swooping and gliding on the wind.  Here a Stallion Valley we have our own Red (Kite) Arrows.

But they were not the only bird watching attraction today we also had a flock of aerobatic formation flying starlings.  Magnificent close formation flying and too many to count!
