World class food in West Wales but beware lobsters bite back!

Holiday cottage owner Mick had a great weekend scuba diving in Pembrokeshire with Cardigan Sub Aqua club. Highlight of the Saturday BBQ was fresh (caught that day) lobster, it tasted wonderful !

During the following day’s diving divers were on the lookout for another tasty supper. A big tasty lobster was spotted but this time the lobster a genuine sea monster bit back, see picture.

West Wales and Cardigan Bay is home to a wonderful variety of wildlife including Dolphins and seals, plus the edible varieties, lobster, crab, prawns, scallops, sea bass, mackerel and lots more. For meat eaters the local lamb, pork, beef and poultry are like the seafood world class.
