The Byre is a luxury holiday cottage in West Wales, with 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 guests. It is a single storey barn conversion completed in 2009. It has no steps or stairs so offers accessible holiday accommodation, ideal for the less able. It has an accessible walk in shower and 2 ground floor bedrooms. The spacious lounge, diner & kitchen has french doors to the garden, a vaulted ceiling and wood burner.
Traditional features of this holiday cottage include a vaulted ceiling. a wood burning stove & stone floors which have been enhanced with the modern luxury conveniences of under floor central heating, double glazing, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi broadband internet and a luxury shower room with gallons of hot water! Environment friendly solar panels help heat the water.

The holiday cottage is close to Aberaeron, New Quay and Cardigan Bay.

The Byre holiday cottage front entrance is set in a gravel surfaced farmyard with adjacent access for parking.
There are no steps to the front door it has an entrance plinth 450mm x 900mm and a low threshold entrance.
The holiday cottage floor is stone and level throughout, no steps or stairs. It comprises of an open plan lounge kitchen diner.
There is a toilet in the shower room. The walk in shower has a low threshold step.
The holiday cottage sleeps 4 and has 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom each has 2 single beds.
The Byre holiday cottage has an accessible, enclosed rear garden accessed through French doors. There is a low step over the threshold and a second step down to the patio. The garden is sloping with gravel, lawned area and a patio with table and chairs
The grounds, 3.5 acres, are of varied terrain and are steep in places with mature trees and ponds.

Cardigan Bay's Heritage Coast with Aberaeron and New Quay, sandy beaches, dolphin and seal watching is a short drive away.
Boat trips from New Quay to see the dolphins and other wildlife or to fish are popular.
Ceredigion and The Teifi Valley have lots of local castles, N.T. properties, museums, wildlife, farm and theme parks, steam railways, art, craft and food shops.
For the active, Cardigan Bay offers walking, cycling, surfing, golf, quad bikes, shooting, paintball and white water canoeing.
The area is renowned for its fishing, The Teifi for it's fly fishing, local lakes for trout and course and of course excellent Cardigan Bay sea fishing.
Day trips to West Wales resorts Pembrokeshire St Davids, Saundersfoot Tenby,or Aberystwyth.
