Stallion Valley Self Catering Accommodation - Terms And Conditions

Bookings. When you make a booking you are accepting on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.

Saturday is change over day. Breaks are: - 3 nights Saturday to Tuesday or 4 nights Tuesday to Saturday. Arrivals are after 4.00 pm to enable cottage cleaning and preparation. When we have vacancies early arrivals, other start days or additional nights may be available by arrangement.

If you have any special requirements or queries please ask. We like to say yes!

Terms. Prices include VAT, central heating, an initial supply of logs, electricity, hot water, bed linen, and towels.

Payment. A non returnable 35% deposit is required to confirm your booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations. It is in your interest to notify us of cancellations in writing as soon as possible. Deposits and payments are not refundable. However if we are able to re-let cancelled weeks, we will make a discretionary refund of payments received less an administration charge. You are advised to insure against cancellation loses.

Smoking. This is strictly forbidden in all buildings. Ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. We have an open barn and garden chairs to provide shelter and comfort for smokers.

Damage, breakages & maintenance. You are requested to report these as they occur so that repairs or replacements can be made without delay. Should you need replacement linen please ask rather than washing it yourself. Guests are expected to use the cottage with care and are fully responsible and liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents.

Dogs. Dogs are charged at £25.00 per pet per week/break. We have 2 dogs of our own and welcome friendly dogs. We do not limit the number of dogs you can bring. For the sake of our environment and maintaining the quality of our cottages however we feel it is important to provide some guidelines for dogs and their owners visiting Stallion Valley.

Please bring your pet basket/s with you as pets are allowed only on the clear understanding that under no circumstances may they lie on beds or chairs.

Pets must not be left unattended in properties. If you are likely to need to leave your dog unattended at Stallion Valley, we may be able to help with an outdoor kennel (The Dog House) and/or dog sitting services.

Please ensure dogs do not foul footpaths, the yard or gardens. We have plenty of areas for you to exercise you dog/s and there are lots of local walks. We are happy to advise on these and on local dog friendly beaches.

Please close all gates on the public footpath and keep dogs under control, as there are often farm animals in adjacent fields. If you are concerned about letting your dog/s off their lead don't be your cottage has a private fenced garden and we have a fenced paddock exercise area.

We are here to help, please do not hesitate to ask.

Number in your party. It is condition of your booking that the total number in your party shall not exceed the capacity of the property as advertised or the number stated when booking. Babies under the age of 2 are not counted.

Liability. We do not accept responsibility for accidents or personal injury, inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at Stallion Valley however caused. Cars, contents, boats, trailers, cycles, luggage, personal items etc are left at the owners' risk.

Departures. Departures please are strictly by 10.00 am. unless by prior arrangement. You are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. It is helpful if you are able to strip beds and remove all rubbish to the dustbin or recycling area. Please hand in your key persoally when you leave. You are responsible for any damages or losses sustained during your stay.

 

Local Activities

Stallion Valley luxury holiday cottages are near New Quay, West Wales. It is a tranquil rural hideaway, surrounded by fields but close to beaches and the local pub.

Cardigan Bay's Heritage Coast with Aberaeron and New Quay, sandy beaches, dolphin and seal watching is a short drive away.

Lots of local castles, N.T. properties, museums, wildlife, farm and theme parks, steam railways, art, craft and food shops.

For the active, walking, bird watching, cycling, surfing, golf, quad bikes, shooting, paintball, white water & sea canoeing.

Sea, beach, course and fly fishing are all near by and top class.

Day trips to St Davids, Tenby or Aberystwyth.
