The Mill self catering cottage, a barn conversion in 2009 provides luxury self catering accommodation. It sleeps 6 in 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs and one down. It has 2 bathrooms one downstairs with a bath with shower over and a luxury shower room up stairs. The spacious lounge diner & kitchen has french doors to the garden, and wood burner.

Traditional features exposed beams, stone, & pine floors have been enhanced with the modern luxury conveniences of under floor & central heating, double glazing, a fully equipped kitchen, broadband internet and 2 bathrooms with gallons of hot water! Environment friendly solar panels help heat the water.

Accessibility Statement The Mill self catering cottage, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

The traditional nature of the farmyard self catering cottages presents access difficulties. We are however sympathetic to the needs of the less able and are happy to discuss access requirements.

The Mill self catering cottage is set in a gravel surfaced farmyard with adjacent access for parking. It is accessed through a front door with 1 low wide step and a low door threshold (each less than 5cm).

The self catering cottage ground floor is stone and level throughout. It comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen diner with plenty of floor space.

There are 2 toilets in the 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor the other on the first floor which is accessed by a flight of 13 steps. Both have toilet and wash basin. The ground floor has a shower over the bath. The first floor a walk in shower.

The self catering cottage sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed and has an adjacent door to the larger bathroom. The two other bedrooms are on the first floor. They both are spaceous and have sloping ceilings. Each has 2 single beds that can be linked to provide large double beds.

The first floor has pine floors with moveable rugs.

The Mill self catering cottage has an enclosed garden with patio with table and chairs there is a slope up to a lawned area with views over the adjacent fields. The grounds, 3.5 acres, are of varied terrain and are steep in places with mature trees and ponds.
